wouldn't it be great if the salesguy who would do anything to get you to sign would call you up and say, hey, I don't want you to run into problems, so why don't you bring in your jeep for us to implement some recently discovered issues.

For example, everyone could use the flashes.

Great Idea!!!

I'll send an email to my dealer to ensure the following are done before I pick mine up:
18-036-06 (supposed to fix the quirky throttle problems)
08-053-06 (supposed to fix the radio cut-out problem)
23-001-07 (replacement of foam and/or butyl tape(s) and/or weatherstrips to eliminate Freedom Top leaks)
23-046-06 (installation of foam padding to the top of the speaker bar to prevent soft-top slapping)

Wayoflife,
I was wondering how I can find out about the TSB coming 2-2-07?
My new transmission has already been rebuilt and it is still doing the same thing. (Torque converter shudder)

Unfortunately, that's all the info there is. I will be sure to post the actual TSB once it is released.

Default 18190637 New TSB

I just had my JK Ins. and Flashed, he down loaded the most current TSB Flash and the DC TSB # is 18190637. Something about shift, perfermance, etc, etc, and other stuff. I haven't really had enough time to see any difference, but my ABS kicked in twice on dry roads before this flash. We'll see if it fixed that little problem any shift or permance increase as I will test later today & give update.

nam6869usmc...did they tell you what the date on the tsb was? It has an odd sequence of numbers compared to the previous one. Did they put a sticker under your hood with numbers on it?
Thanks,
Jim
