Default What size spacers for my stock X wheels and M/Ts

Hi guys, I'm thinking of buying some BF M/Ts for the winter and putting them on my stock X 16" steel wheels. Do you know what size spacers I would need in order to do this?

Also, can anyone tell me how wide the stock 08 X steel wheels are?

Try the FAQ's that you skipped over, pasted right up at the top of this section.

But...
Those tires are 30x10x16. You don't need spacers. Stock on rubicons and opt sahara is 32x10

From the faq's:

X Standard
Painted Steel - Size 16 x 7.0

Backspacing on all factory wheels is 6.25"

You should consider getting Rubicon take-offs instead. A larger tire & you can probably pick up a full set of 5 on the rims for around $500.

You can certainly use spacers on your factory wheels and tires without issue. You can use 1.5" spacers. I don't see any reason to switch to 16" wheels but it's your call. Spacers can be used in stock form or with a lift and larger tires. If you just want to bring your wheels out to fill out your wheel wells and widen your stance a little - go for it.

X2....with the 1.5 inch spacers, our rigs (with OEM wheels) look awesome, they should be that way from the factory..
