Default Traded in the Rubi, have a ?

So I turned in my leased Rubicon for an X. I know but it will work for me, anyways I was looking at the jeep site and was going to look at some things. The wrangler I bought is the surf blue, and I don't see it as an option for the 09/10 wranglers. Curious if this is some sort of limited production color or what the deal is. I has since added my lift and tires from the rubicon but this is a good shot of the color.

Seems like it only lasted a few months, has already been replaced.

^X2! It was supposedly a New Color for 2010, but after a few months of putting them out, they had a Drop-Dead-Date for it, and are no longer making it. I've seen a few around my local Dealer, and it's a cool looking color.

Are you going to RUBI-SIZE your X, with the D44 Front Axle, Lockers, Suspension, etc, and bring it up to your former Rig, or are you happy with the X's capabilities?

CONGRATS on your New Vessel!

Cheers!

Thats interesting to know about the color, I personally love it. As for kind of rubisizing my X, well I probably wont get too crazy. I did take the lift and tires off the rubi and they are now on the X. I also was able to get some rubi rock rails for it. Eventually I would like to put a locker in the rear at least, as far as suspension, it had the heavy duty suspension package with the 32" tires already. I actually think it sits a bit taller than the rubi. Anyways it will be getting a few mods done to it over time.
